FUNDS RAISED TO DATE: $8,050

The Laura Paige Memorial Fund was established by 100 Women Who Care Boston North to honor the life and legacy of Laura Paige Herrmann Couallier, a radiant and compassionate soul whose life was tragically cut short in 2017.

Laura is lovingly remembered for her boundless kindness, deep empathy, and unwavering devotion to her family—especially her beloved nieces, Jane and Ruby. A gifted artist, graphic designer, and talented tennis player, Laura was also a passionate advocate for the power of community. As a founding member of 100 Women Who Care Boston North, she embodied generosity, creativity, and grassroots leadership. Laura was deeply committed to empowering young women and girls to pursue their personal goals and dreams—whether in art, sports, adventure, or business—believing that uplifting women and girls strengthens entire communities.

This fund carries her light forward by supporting young changemakers—those with bold ideas and the passion to build stronger, more compassionate communities. It provides resources and encouragement to emerging leaders whose work with youth nonprofit Aaron's Presents in Greater Lawrence and Lowell--creating and leading projects that benefit others and their communities--reflects the values Laura lived every day.

Laura’s family and friends especially cherish projects rooted in kindness, creativity, and healthy living—principles she modeled and shared freely with those around her.

Through this fund, Laura’s legacy continues to grow—

One inspired young leader, one act of community, one brighter future at a time.

Aaron’s Presents is a registered 501(c)(3) youth development organization that is empowering youth to create and lead positive change in their communities, developing empathy and self-worth within themselves. Youth starting in middle school can propose and carry out any idea as long as it positively impacts at least one other person, animal or the environment. It’s up to them to join, and they direct the entire process working with our Mentor team. Most of our youth live in Lawrence and Lowell, 2 cities north of Boston, MA where the opportunity gap is severe. We believe that every young person has a critical role to play in helping their communities achieve greater equity and prosperity now and for future generations, and they need to be empowered and equipped with the firsthand experiences, mentorship and skills to do so as early as possible.
